Creatively inspired by international cuisine with a touch of Malawi. The daily menu is prepared around seasonal foods and caters to all dietary requirements. Advance requests should be given for special requirements, as some ingredients may be difficult to get to the island. Enjoy a continental buffet with hot breakfast to order, a 2-course lunch, and a 3-course dinner from a set menu presented daily.
