Access
Nosy Saba Island Resort & Spa is reachable by boat (3 hours) or by plane (35 mns). It is located 80 nautical miles from the South of Nosy Be also called the "fragrant island" and only 5 miles from the coast of Madagascar. It is also possible to come from the capital Antananarivo by plane (2h15mn)
Sea
The clear turquoise water, always at nice temperature, reveals its underwater marvels: millions of colored fishes and corals. One of the beaches is the home of hundreds of white birds. Some private and isolated creeks, reachable by foot or by boat are some of the most beautiful spots of the island. The beach of Vitasoa and the Ampasikely creek are very well appreciated by naturists. The island presents many kind of beaches.
Amazing Wildlife
Nosy Saba island is a natural heritage located in a UNESCO Biosphere Marine Reserve and protected by the Malagasy National Office for Environment because of its very rich fauna and flora.
During boat rides, it is not rare to encounter sea turtles approaching the land to lay their eggs or to see some playful dolphins which are delighted to navigate along with the boat!
More than 40 species of birds (parakeets, guinea fowls, heron,…), butterflies in all colors, blue-eyed lemurs, chameleon, very uncommon geckos, big bats… not to mention sea animals which live in perfect harmony with men.
30 acres of primary forest, huge trees, hundreds of palm trees, mango trees, 600 years old ferns, a luxuriant vegetation but also natural lakes and steppe make Nosy Saba's environment exceptional.

Many possibilities are suggested like trekking, swimming into a 500 m² pool or into the sea, snorkeling, canoeing, windsurfing, water skiing, knee board, snooker, Ping Pong, jacuzzi, massages, archery, golf practice, fishing...
For the explorers: Many destinations are accessible by boat for the day as well as Nosy Lava, Nosy Antany Mora, Radama Archipelago, Sahamalaza Park, Analalava village...
Gastronomy
2 cosy restaurants managed by a head chef are dedicated to prepare original menus each day renewed, with local or occidental ultra fresh products like zebu (local beef), fish, lobsters, mangos, green lemons or coconuts from the island. Bread & viennoiseries are made on place. Our barman can realize from conventionnal to exotic cocktails.
Accommodations
Nosy Saba Island Resort & Spa is equipped with 27 bungalows spread along the main beach, each one having direct access to the sea on the west side and surrounded by garden and trees on the other sides.
Painted in earth (or savana) tones, roofs made with "satrana" (local palm trees) leaves, all our bungalows, called "Suites”, ensure a high level of cleanliness and natural comfort. There are two types of suites: 12 junior suites (800 sq ft) and 15 senior suites (1130 sq ft). Junior suites can accommodate 2 people (with extra bed: 3 people) and senior suites 4 people (with two extra beds: 6 people). Cribs can be provided if any need.
