The island is located only 2.5 miles (4 kilometers) from Gold River boat launch, providing convenient access while offering complete seclusion.
Accommodations
Cabin: A cozy oceanfront 890 sq ft, 2-bedroom cabin with a 24x9 ft floating dock able to accommodate up to 2 boats.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Master bedroom with two single beds (can be pushed together to create a king size bed)
Guest bedroom with a bunk bed
Living room with a bunk bed and pull-out couches
Travel crib/playpen in the master bedroom
Maximum Capacity: The cabin can sleep up to 9 people, but it is recommended for no more than 6 adults for comfortable sleeping arrangements.
Kitchen: Equipped with a 4-burner propane stove/oven, dual sink, full-size refrigerator, toaster, and all necessary cutlery, cutting boards, pots, and pans.
Bathroom: Features a stand-up shower, sink, and flush toilet on a septic system. Only septic-safe toilet paper is provided and allowed to be used.
Amenities/Inclusions
Utilities: The island is off-the-grid, with utilities requiring hands-on operation.
Water: Comes from a rain collection system, filtered and treated with UV light for safe drinking water.
Hot Water: Provided by a propane-powered hot water tank.
Electricity: Provided by an ultra-quiet Honda gasoline generator that needs to be refilled and restarted periodically.
Supplies Included: Linens, blankets, pillows, paper towels, napkins, septic-safe toilet paper, garbage bags, dishes, cutlery, gas for the generator, and propane for the barbecue, stove, and hot water tank.
Water Conservation: Guests are limited to 1000 gallons (4000 liters) of water for their stay. Monitoring the water meter daily is advised to ensure water conservation.

Water Activities: Kayaks and rowboats are provided. Outboard motor boats can be rented for $400 per week (10 hp, 10 ft inflatable) or $750 per week (18 ft motorboat).
