Formica Grande has an area of only 14 acres, 370 m. long by 250 m. wide. Its small size allows you to admire the island with a single glance, right from the landing. A walk is enough to immerse yourself in a sensory experience in contact with its discreet nature, which changes with the changing seasons. Barren and wild in autumn, lush and colorful in Spring.
The original building of the Faro delle Formiche has been renovated trying to preserve the spirit of the place, adding a touch of charm. You will be welcomed in a living room with sofa, armchairs,
dining table, a small library of books on Lighthouses, 55'' TV with satellite channels and a small bar. From here, a spiral staircase leads to the terrace while in the adjacent rooms have been created two double bedrooms with private outdoor access area equipped with umbrella and sun loungers. The rooms are equipped with every comfort: wi-fi, air conditioning, smart TV 42'' with satellite channels, binoculars, private bathroom with shower head, and amenities.
