Access to the island is easy and quick. It will take you 30 minutes from the Airport to the harbor of Rafina where you will have the option to:
- Book a speed boat that will directly transfer you to the island in about 30 minutes weather permitting.
- Take the ferry boat to Marmari. After an hour trip you will arrive and be picked up by a hired boat that will take you to the property a mere 15 minutes away.
- A direct transfer by helicopter may also be arranged. The flight time is about 15-20 minutes.

The Main Villa is located on the beach. Large stone paved terraces surround the whole building with beautiful views on the sunset that lead directly to the private beach and the pier in front of the villa. Spectacular crystal clear turquoise water is at your doorstep. Sofas, lounges chairs, wooden deck, stone built benches and dining areas, resting areas are welcoming and give an abundance of space for family and friends to celebrate each magnificent day.

• Master bedroom (#2, Queen size bed 1.80 m X 2m) sun lit with large picture windows, a wood burning fireplace and an en-suite bathroom.
• 1 bedroom, Room #2 , with a double bedroom and with en-suite bathroom and an extra large magnificent marble shower. The large 1930’s picture windows face a small patio with a pergola shaded by a large grapevine. The view is of a Mediterranean landscape with the herb garden, olive groves and dry stone supporting walls.
• 1 twin bedroom (Room #1, with two single beds 1m x 2 m) with large French picture windows and a wood-burning fireplace and a private bathroom.
• A separate guest W.C is located in the small hallway that leads to the dining and living room area.
• The dining and kitchen area are united by a bar bench decorated with large slates of local marble stone and bar stools. The large authentic Cycladic Fireplace completes the essence of the dining area in the traditional architectural style found on this island! French doors unite the outside living and dining area with the kitchen.
