• Cottage Home: The island features a large cottage home with tropical island decor enhanced by nautical antiques.

  • Bedrooms:

    • Main Level: Two bedrooms (one queen and one full), each with private baths and a shared "Adam and Eve" unique outdoor shower.

    • Upstairs Loft: Open loft sleeps four, with a wooden catwalk connecting the two ends of the loft.

  • Total Capacity: The home comfortably sleeps eight guests.

  • Amenities:

    • Gracious porches and multi-level decks

    • Private sandy beach with towering coconut palms

    • Natural hammocks and exotic tropical gardens

    • 18,000-gallon cistern for rainwater collection

• Eco-Friendly Living: The home is solar-powered and naturally cooled, with water supplied by a cistern for rainwater collection and a standby generator for emergencies. Green practices include recycling and eco-efficient technology.

• Boating: Seabird's 19' Boston Whaler is provided for exclusive use, equipped with masks, fins, snorkels, and life vests. The island is only 5 minutes by boat from the mainland base in Marathon.

• Fishing: World-renowned fishing opportunities, with fishing guides and captains available. The Whaler can also be used for trips to Sombrero Reef for snorkeling or scuba diving.

• Kayaking and Sailing: Three sea kayaks (one double and two singles) and a 14' Hobie Cat sailboat are available for guests. No sign-up or check-out required.

• Biking: Two classic bicycles, "conch cruisers," are provided for rides on the mainland.
